Exelon) is currently seeking highly motivated students for internships – full time in the summer and part-time in the fall and spring (during the school year).  Exelon is currently seeking Legal Interns to join the Legal Services staff in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

As a Legal Intern, you will assume immediate responsibility for researching legal issues to support our attorneys, writing memos, briefs, and motions; assisting with discovery and filings with various courts and/or agencies.  You will have the opportunity to learn about many different areas of law by working with attorneys in a variety of practice areas.

We are seeking students who meet the following criteria:

·  Currently enrolled in Law School.

· Completed first year of Law School if attending school during the day or 3 semesters if attending night school.

·  Grade Point Average of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Majors include:  Juris Doctor
