Performs and/or manages activities relating to planning, analyzing, and maintaining IT services, initiatives, and processes within the Corporate Systems & Services team. Creates materials, manages tasks, and drives progress on key IT performance and planning activities as well as initiatives that support organizational culture and engagement. Expected to plan and execute their work autonomously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and |

• Experience leading small IT projects and knowledge of IT project management. |

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability. |

• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) |

• Ability to work with remote project teams |
|
• |
Work on wide variety of IT initiatives including performance and planning activities (e.g. measuring progress, reporting, analyzing data) and helping to drive progress in organizational culture and engagement |

Applies technical expertise to plan, analyze, execute, and maintain IT services, initiatives, and processes |
