Provides support to RE&F Leads/Manger, Directors, OpCo Clients/Customers, and other key team members. Performs project specific detailed analysis, prepares comprehensive reports that will support PM Leads, specific project managers, and key performance Project indicators (in-services dates, project aging, project write-off, etc.). Conduct complex modeling, business case development, authorization support/monitoring, Rate Case/Regulatory support, Management Model, and Project benchmarking . Utilize multiple Exelon systems to support current and future work with respect to actual project cost tracking, contracts, material tracking, code block analytics, and project close out activities. Utilize WPT, Passport (AS8), and financial data to aid in analysis. Develop, implement, evaluate, or lead initiatives (business case or process improvement initiatives).

  • Analyze projects' actual and forecast data accuracy to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements including: Budgets, Long-Range Planning (LRP), Rate Case/Regulatory support, and Management Model. Monitor and update information within multiple system (WPT/Passport/AS8) to support Regulatory and Project financial requirements (30%)
  • Manage and oversee project forecast, accrual and status process and ensure PM tools are being utilized universally. Conduct audit, monitor projects and key performance indicators to help identify budget, forecast and authorization issues and assist PM and Lead in developing resolutions. Develop project trend reports and use to identify process improvement opportunities and best practices (30%)
  • Develop, organize and present implement, evaluate, or lead initiatives (business case or process improvement initiatives). (25%)
  • Provide support to Project Leads/Mangers for presentations and forms required for business case and project authorization (e.g. financial reporting, PRC presentations, Rate Cases). (15%)

  • This is an individual contributor position that works independently with only general direction, relying on knowledge, skills and judgement acquired through education and relevant experience to accomplish assigned tasks and goals
  • Position requires routine interaction with other members of the RE&F team, including senior managers, directors and VP as well as stakeholders across operating companies including: Finance, Investment Strategy, Regulatory.
  • May require working extended hours to support business operations.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
  • At least 5-8 years business-related experience and demonstrated success in finance or business operations
  • In lieu of a 4-year degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
  • Proficiency in Asset Suite 8 and WPT
  • Effective financial analysis skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial metrics

  • MBA or Advanced degree in Finance
  • Proficient in business case development for presentation to senior level audience
