PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of this position is to provide Oracle Human Capital Management functional business analyst support.  Key responsibilities include leveraging and optimizing the use of the HCM solution with a strong focus on continuous improvement of the operation and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Accountability 
 

  • Provides functional Oracle HCM Analyst support and process improvement analysis for HR with a focus on assigned functional areas identifying, evaluating, and implementing system enhancements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements. 

 
 

  • Assists with resolving questions, assessing user needs, and recommending changes while providing exceptional service delivery. Extract and compile information as requested.

 
 

  • Acts as a liaison between HR and IT responsible for generating requirements and prioritization of tasks based on business needs. 

 

Qualifications

Minimum:Preferred:
  • Bachelors Degree in a business related field or Information Systems and at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years experience working with HR solutions or IT experience with a focus on HR.
  • Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working with various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into functional specifications through hands-on analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communications.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Taleo.
  • Project management and process improvement experience.

POSITION SCOPE:

  • Responsible for requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and implementation planning.
  • Responsible for tracking budget and scope of projects that range ranging in value from $50,000 to $250,000.
  • Works under minimal supervision.
