PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Analyst – IT Organizational Change Management is responsible for developing and executing change activities, communications, and training tasks to support large-scale, transformational IT programs and smaller IT projects. This role will report to the OCIO Integration & Operational Excellence Lead to drive organizational effectiveness, create change management plans and coordinate OCIO deliverables. To be successful in this role, the individual must be experienced with coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proficient in change management and process improvement practices, and capable of working with stakeholders across several functional areas.
The role is open to be a hybrid opportunity.
