PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
This role will interface and engage with key IT and OpCo leaders to create transparency around the cost-effective delivery of IT services to our customers in alignment with business needs and objectives. Manages activities related to the planning around designing, building, and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, and processes in alignment with financial standards.
The Office of the CIO (OCIO) is charged with leading the IT transformation and building an organization that ensures the standardization of processes and tools, that enable the effective and efficient delivery of IT solutions to our business partners. The IT Investment and Financial Management organization within the OCIO plays an instrumental role in driving IT wide strategy by partnering with our customers and understanding the business needs and technical landscape while ensuring cost-effective delivery of IT services and investments to the business through management of the IT LRP, monthly LE, equitable billing allocation, and cost optimization.
The Manager will be responsible for driving standards across IT specific to the annual Long-Range Plan (LRP) and monthly Financial Reporting processes, which may include, but not limited to, baseline and project financials, investment authorization, equitable billing, and MYP filings. This role will be responsible for making significant contributions to driving continuous improvements and adoption of standards, processes and tools required for successful planning and execution of various business needs and IT commitments.
