Exelon, through its subsidiary Exelon Generation (also known as GenCo), is one of the world’s largest power producers and wholesale marketers, providing low-cost, reliable energy to customers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Texas. It is composed of a diverse mix of nuclear, fossil, hydroelectric, solar, landfill gas, and wind generation facilities. Exelon Generation has access to more than 31,000 megawatts (MW) of electricity-one of the largest generation portfolios in the nation. Exelon Generation is comprised of 3 business units - Exelon Power, Exelon Generation and Power Team.

• Power Team markets Exelon’s generation and power contracts.
  Exelon Energy is the retail marketing arm of Power Team that sells electricity and gas to commercial and industrial customers in deregulated areas.
• Exelon Nuclear manages the fleet of nuclear plants
  Exelon Nuclear Partners is the consulting arm of Exelon Nuclear that advises clients on operational and management model practices to improve nuclear plant operation.
• Exelon Power maintains the fossil fuel, hydroelectric and renewable plants.
