Attends product, sales <br/> and customer service training sessions on an ongoing basis.9. Reviews completed duct cleaning jobs for accuracy prior to submission for invoicing.10. Calls the competition to obtain pricing on specific models to ensure BGE HOME <br/> remains competitive. Knowledge:Knowledge of BGE Home products and services.Proficient in Micro Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Great Plains and CRM a plus.
