PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Across the Company, provide expertise on development of and adherence to NERC and Regional Reliability Organization electric reliability standards. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Benchmarking Administration role has overall responsibility to manage PECO's annual benchmarking process. The objective is to convert benchmarking data into actionable business initiatives to improve performance. The Benchmarking Administrator must partner closely with the Business Planning lead and the PI administrator to ensure consistency of internal and external data, analysis and action planning across the three inter-related processes.

The Benchmarking Administrator may also participate in or support various company-wide initiatives, including merger & acquisition analysis, productivity initiatives, ad-hoc benchmarking studies/visits and management inquiries, often on an emergent basis.

Constellation's retail energy supply group is the nation's number one competitive energy supplier with one of the largest commercial, industrial and residential customer bases in the United States. Job Description

The Analyst of Data/Transaction Management is a member of the Operations team and is responsible for handling the daily activities, both transactional and non-transactional, such as obtaining customer data, reviewing data discrepancies, and reporting complex issues while meeting service level agreement with internal and external customers. Furthermore, the position proactively seeks automation opportunities and updates subsequent documentation.-Execute day to day workflow using Lodestar and Siebel without supervision handling complex exception activities.-Seek ways to automate and improve processes to minimize manual or multiple steps in day to day workflow and exception handling activities.-Articulate issues caused by UDC/ISO market rule changes and analyze the affect to system processes as well as quantify areas of risk. Job Description

The Senior Analyst of Transaction / Data Management is a member of the Operations Team. The position is responsible for supporting the operational processing of acquiring, loading and validating transactions and customer data between Constellation New Energy and the Utility trading partners. These transactions relate to customer account attribute set up and historical/monthly usage data utilized by Forecasting, Portfolio Management, Pricing and Sales teams as well as the transactions related to enrollments, drops and changes of account attributes utilized by Billing.Analyze new utility tariffs for operational impact, coordinate new market entry readiness with functional groups (e.g., EDI certification testing, utility consolidated billing, purchase of receivables programs, EDI working group change controls, and net meter/smart grid implementations) by quantifiying the correspending benefits and risks through effective communications with approprioate teams.Work with Constellation's Government Affairs and Retail Operations to closely monitor new markets and protocol changes within each market, and determine operational impact, business requirements and AWRs needed to comply with changes.Maintain existing relationships with utilities, work in complementary fashion with regional Energy Policy and Regulatory staff to define the impact and develop responses to public utility commissions' orders, EDC Supplier tariffs, and state legisation or EDC rule changes.Actively participate in state Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) working groups (along with utilities, Public Utility Commission staff and other suppliers) to ensure our market data standards and business processes comply with appropriate jurisdictional standards and are cost effective in order to provide customers a high level of service. Minimum:

- Excellent communications skills- Able to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology.

Preferred:

Skills / Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Oversee and provide support to various accounting functions within the corporate accounting operation and/or business unit. accounting operations, as required. Produce accurate and timely financial statements for the business unit and for its subsidiaries. Support business units, business unit subsidiaries, and entities in recording and reporting financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
The position will oversee and provide primary accounting support to the wind & solar aspects of Exelon Power¿s business, with secondary support to the combined fossil fuel fleet and energy efficiency business as required. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supports preparation and delivery of corporation¿s monthly financial statement close process. Primary owner of all accounting or regulatory reporting. Ensures financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, and analyzes and reviews financial statements for given area of responsibility. Responsible for complete and accurate preparation of all required reports on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Prepares, reviews or approves account reconciliations for corporation¿s entities and accounts, as required.
- Prepares the monthly reporting packages for corporate entities including analysis of current actual results to prior period actual results for corporation- for use in Board and Senior Management reporting and external reporting.
- Supports the implementation of changes in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Supports in the accounting, analysis and budgeting of various accounts.
- Consults and liaises with operating unit finance personnel on accounting issues.
- Cooperates in special projects and special requests as required for the Controller¿s Group.
- Interacts with internal and external auditors, Corporate Controller¿s Department and business units as required to accomplish goals. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
- Bachelor¿s degree in accounting, finance or general business administration.
- Experience is typically career level (8-10 years) in accounting, financial reporting or related field. Public Accounting and/or Utility experience is preferred.
- Experience with Financial Statement Consolidations and/or Derivative Accounting is a plus.

This position is responsible for managing a team of pricing analysts and ensuring accurate data. Responsibilities also include generating weekly and daily reports completed through data analysis.
