Commercial humidification and air quality products and systems, surveys, quotes prices, prepares proposals, and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates. Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume and to understand client&#8217;s needs and objectives. Maintains profitability and good customer relations by following through with customer concerns and ensuring project are completed as sold. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Promotes and sells HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), humidification and air quality products and systems and other related products and services as an outside sales consultant. Prospects any leads provided by other segments of the company. Networks and follows through on leads provided by applicable businesses and vendors.Follows through with sales to ensure receipt, delivery and installation of product for complete customer satisfaction.Develops and maintain relationships with intra company divisions to ensure the flow of leads, response to requests and commitments for service are ongoing and nurtured.Develops and maintains positive relationships with prospects and customers to facilitate networking, repeat business, and to generate leads for other divisions of the company. Communicates with management, purchasing, vendors and distribution to ensure availability, accuracy and timeliness of product.Maintains product and services knowledge by independently studying specification sheets, manufacturer literature, staying up to date on new products, and attending vendor sponsored training meetings. Location: Mount Airy <br/> Additional Qualifications</b> <br/> Education/Experience:Minimum of three years or equivalent combination of related experience and formal education, in-Home Sales of Residential Heating and Cooling Systems. Competencies:Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Must have valid driver&iquest;s license.Transportation required.
